Most 24/7 streaming problems are easier to prevent when you check the source, connection, timing, and destination separately. A clear workflow also makes failures faster to diagnose.

Problem 1: The Stream Never Becomes Ready

After you select Create stream, SAIUNES uploads and processes the chosen MP4. This typically takes about 10 seconds to 1 minute depending on video duration and size, but larger files can take longer.

Allow processing to finish. If the state does not progress after a reasonable period, verify that the selected file is an MP4 and try the normal interface again before changing unrelated settings.

Problem 2: The Destination Receives No Signal

Compare the destination RTMP URL and private key with the current values from the receiving platform. Look for extra spaces, an expired or regenerated key, the wrong live event, or missing live-stream permissions.

Never share a real key while asking for help. The guide to RTMP stream key security explains how to handle it safely.

Problem 3: The Wrong Event Receives the Stream

An RTMP stream not working as intended may actually be connected to another event or channel. Label streams clearly and verify the destination details before starting. Follow the RTMP destination setup guide for the correct sequence.

Problem 4: The Schedule Is Incorrect

SAIUNES scheduling uses your local time zone. Confirm the date, time, and whether you selected Start now or Schedule start. Also check whether the stream should Run non-stop or use Schedule pause.

The destination may have a separate event schedule or confirmation step, so align both systems. Review how to schedule a prerecorded live stream when timing matters.

Problem 5: The Loop Feels Abrupt

Viewers notice when the final frame cuts harshly to the opening. Edit the MP4 so the ending and beginning work together, normalize audio levels, and avoid a long blank section.

Problem 6: Video or Audio Quality Is Poor

Inspect the source before upload. Check resolution, aspect ratio, speech clarity, synchronization, captions, and audio volume. Then watch the destination as a regular viewer after starting.

Problem 7: The Computer Was Closed

Once the source has been uploaded, processed, and started, SAIUNES handles delivery online. Closing your browser should not end the stream. The article about streaming without keeping a computer on explains the cloud workflow.

Problem 8: The Destination Stops the Broadcast

The receiving platform controls eligibility and policy enforcement. Copyright claims, repetitive-content rules, account restrictions, or destination outages can interrupt a broadcast even when the SAIUNES stream is configured correctly.

Use only content you own or can broadcast and monitor notices from the destination.

A Reliable Setup Checklist

Before starting in SAIUNES Live Studio, confirm:

  • The MP4 plays correctly
  • Rights and licenses cover continuous live use
  • The RTMP URL and key are current
  • The destination event is configured and visible as intended
  • Start and pause choices use the correct local time
  • The stream becomes Ready before launch
  • Video and audio work at the destination
  • Someone is responsible for ongoing checks

Diagnose One Layer at a Time

Effective live stream troubleshooting separates source problems from SAIUNES state and destination behavior. That methodical approach prevents random changes and makes prerecorded stream issues easier to resolve.
