Access

Accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and promptly update information that changes. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless unauthorized access is reported and confirmed.

You may not share access in a way that bypasses plan limits, security controls, or account restrictions. SAIUNES may require additional verification to protect an account or the service.

Product

SAIUNES Streaming Studio

Streaming Studio lets you upload prerecorded content and send a continuous stream to a supported destination. You are responsible for configuring destinations correctly, monitoring your broadcasts, and confirming that your content and use are permitted.

Features, technical limits, supported formats, and destination compatibility may change as the service develops. A plan or slot provides access to the stated capacity, not a guarantee that a third-party destination will accept or continuously display a stream.

Responsibility

Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant SAIUNES the limited permission necessary to store, process, transmit, and display that content solely to provide and support the requested service.

You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed for all uploaded content, music, video, trademarks, personal information, destinations, and broadcast activity. SAIUNES may remove or restrict content that appears unlawful, unsafe, abusive, or inconsistent with these terms.

Payment

Plans and billing

Paid plans, stream slots, billing periods, prices, taxes, renewal terms, and cancellation options are shown during purchase or in the billing area. By starting a paid plan, you authorize the payment provider to charge the applicable amount.

Unless a refund is required by law or expressly offered for a transaction, charges already incurred are non-refundable. Canceling prevents future renewal but does not automatically reverse charges for an active or completed billing period.

Rules

Acceptable use

You may not use a SAIUNES service to:

• Break the law or violate another person's rights.
• Distribute malware, harmful code, fraud, spam, or deceptive material.
• Harass, exploit, threaten, or endanger another person.
• Interfere with infrastructure, security, availability, or other users.
• Probe, reverse engineer, scrape, or bypass controls except where law expressly permits it.
• Use content or destinations without the required rights or authorization.
• Resell, sublicense, or provide unauthorized shared access to the service.

Operation

Availability and changes

SAIUNES aims to provide a reliable service, but maintenance, updates, failures, provider outages, destination restrictions, network conditions, and events outside reasonable control can interrupt availability.

Features may be added, changed, suspended, or discontinued. When practical, reasonable notice will be provided for material changes that significantly affect an active paid service.

Rights

SAIUNES ownership

The website, software, interface, branding, documentation, and original service materials are owned by SAIUNES or their respective licensors. These terms grant only the limited right to use the service as provided. They do not transfer ownership of the platform or its intellectual property.

Third-party platforms and services remain governed by their own terms. SAIUNES is not responsible for changes, restrictions, or actions taken by those third parties.

Legal limits

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties that they will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose.

To the extent permitted by law, SAIUNES will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from use of the service. Any final limitation of liability should be reviewed for the applicable jurisdiction before these draft terms are published as final.

Ending access

Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service or cancel an eligible plan through the available account controls. SAIUNES may suspend or terminate access when needed to protect users or infrastructure, address nonpayment, comply with law, or respond to a serious or repeated violation of these terms.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including ownership, payment obligations, disclaimers, and liability limits, will continue to apply.

Updates

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as the website, products, or legal requirements change. The “Last updated” date at the top of the page will identify the latest published version. Continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the revised terms.
