Age

Eligibility and minors

You must be legally permitted to use the product where you live. If you are under the age of legal majority, your parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these terms for you. A product may set a higher minimum age or use an age rating based on its content and features.

You may not use a product if applicable law prohibits you from receiving it or if SAIUNES previously terminated your access for a serious violation, unless SAIUNES gives written permission.

Software

Apps and games license

Subject to these terms and any marketplace rules, SAIUNES grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to install and use a product on devices you own or control for its intended purpose. The license is for personal, non-commercial use unless the product or a separate agreement expressly allows another use.

You receive a license to use the software, not ownership of it. You may not copy, distribute, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, modify, create derivative works from, reverse engineer, decompile, extract source code, or bypass technical protections, except to the limited extent applicable law does not allow those restrictions.

Updates, patches, downloadable content, expansions, and new versions may be subject to these terms or additional terms presented with them. Some updates may be required to continue using online or compatible features.

Access

Accounts and saved progress

If a product supports accounts, you must provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, and promptly update information that changes. You are responsible for activity through your account unless you promptly report unauthorized access. Do not sell, transfer, share, or provide access to an account in a way that bypasses product rules, security controls, or plan limits.

Guest progress, local saves, settings, and other device data may be lost if you remove the product, clear its data, change devices, or do not connect an available account or cloud-save feature. SAIUNES cannot guarantee recovery of local or unsynchronized data.

Community

Your content and interactions

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant SAIUNES a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, modify solely for formatting or technical compatibility, transmit, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate, secure, promote within the product, and improve the feature you chose to use. This license ends when the content is deleted, except for copies reasonably retained in backups, legal records, or content already shared with others where continued use is necessary to operate the feature.

You represent that you have all rights and permissions needed for your uploads, messages, names, images, audio, video, maps, game content, streams, and other submissions. Do not submit confidential information or content that violates law, privacy, publicity, intellectual-property, or other rights.

Online interactions and user-generated content are the responsibility of their users. SAIUNES may review, filter, refuse, restrict, or remove content and may provide report, block, or moderation tools, but cannot guarantee that all objectionable conduct or content will be prevented.

Digital content

Virtual items, scores, and game features

A game may include virtual currency, points, skins, boosts, items, levels, achievements, or other digital content. Unless a product expressly states otherwise, these are limited, personal, revocable licenses with no real-world monetary value. They are not property, legal tender, stored value, or redeemable for cash, and may not be sold or transferred outside approved product features.

SAIUNES may balance, modify, limit, or discontinue game features and virtual items as the product evolves. Scores, rankings, rewards, or progress obtained through error, cheating, manipulation, or unauthorized tools may be corrected or removed.

Payment

Purchases and subscriptions

Prices, taxes, billing periods, included features, renewal terms, trial or introductory conditions, and cancellation options are shown before purchase. By completing a purchase, you authorize the applicable marketplace or payment provider to charge the displayed amount.

Marketplace purchases are billed, managed, canceled, and refunded under that marketplace's rules and your account settings. Deleting a product or SAIUNES account does not automatically cancel a marketplace subscription. Unless required by law or expressly offered for a transaction, completed charges are non-refundable.

Subscriptions renew automatically only when disclosed at purchase. You must cancel through the applicable billing provider before its stated renewal deadline to avoid the next charge. A price change will receive notice and consent when required by the marketplace or applicable law.

Rules

Acceptable use

You may not use a SAIUNES product to:

• Break the law, facilitate unlawful conduct, or violate another person's rights.
• Create, upload, share, promote, or distribute child sexual abuse material or any content or conduct that sexually exploits, abuses, grooms, traffics, or endangers children.
• Harass, threaten, impersonate, exploit, defraud, stalk, or endanger another person.
• Distribute malware, spam, harmful code, scams, or deceptive material.
• Cheat, automate gameplay, manipulate rankings, exploit errors, or use unauthorized bots, mods, scripts, or tools.
• Interfere with servers, networks, security, availability, matchmaking, or another user's experience.
• Probe, scrape, harvest, reverse engineer, or bypass access, payment, moderation, age, or technical controls except where law expressly permits it.
• Use content, accounts, devices, destinations, or third-party services without the required rights or authorization.
• Resell, sublicense, commercially exploit, or provide unauthorized shared access to the product.

If you encounter content or conduct that may endanger a child or another person, use the product's reporting tools when available and contact the appropriate local emergency or law-enforcement service when immediate safety is at risk.

Connections

Third-party services and marketplaces

A product may connect to app marketplaces, platform accounts, payment services, advertising, analytics, social networks, multiplayer systems, streaming destinations, websites, or other third-party services. Their products, content, availability, and data practices are governed by their own terms and policies.

SAIUNES is not responsible for third-party services or for changes, suspensions, content, security, compatibility, or actions they control. You are responsible for following their rules and for reviewing a link before leaving a SAIUNES product.

Operation

Availability, updates, and beta features

Products may change over time. SAIUNES may add, modify, rebalance, suspend, or discontinue features, content, compatibility, technical limits, online services, or products. When practical, reasonable notice will be provided for a material change that significantly affects an active paid service.

Maintenance, updates, network conditions, device limitations, provider outages, destination restrictions, security events, and circumstances outside reasonable control may interrupt access. Preview, early-access, test, or beta features may be incomplete, change without notice, and contain errors.

Rights

SAIUNES ownership and feedback

The products, software, game systems, artwork, audio, interfaces, branding, documentation, and original service materials are owned by SAIUNES or their respective licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. These terms do not transfer any ownership or rights except the limited license stated above.

If you voluntarily provide suggestions or feedback, you allow SAIUNES to use them without restriction or compensation, while retaining ownership of any rights you already hold in the feedback.

Ending access

Suspension and termination

You may stop using a product at any time and may cancel an eligible plan or request account deletion through available controls. SAIUNES may limit, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably needed to protect users or infrastructure, address nonpayment, comply with law, discontinue a product, or respond to a serious or repeated violation of these terms.

Upon termination, the license granted to you ends and you must stop using the affected product. Sections that by their nature should survive, including payment obligations, ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, and marketplace terms, remain effective.

Legal limits

Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, products are provided “as is” and “as available.” SAIUNES disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement, and does not promise uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or permanently available operation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SAIUNES will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, opportunity, goodwill, progress, virtual items, content, or data arising from a product or these terms.

Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty, remedy, consumer right, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. If local law does not allow a limitation in this section, that limitation applies only to the maximum extent permitted. Disputes are subject to the laws and courts that validly apply to the relevant service and user, without removing mandatory consumer protections available where you live.

Apple and Google marketplace terms

Apple App Store

If you obtained a product through Apple's App Store, these terms are between you and SAIUNES, not Apple. SAIUNES, not Apple, is responsible for the product, its content, maintenance and support, and addressing claims relating to it, subject to these terms and applicable law. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support.

If the product fails to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple may refund the purchase price, if any, as provided by App Store rules. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation. SAIUNES is responsible for addressing product-liability, regulatory, consumer-protection, privacy, and intellectual-property claims relating to the product.

You must comply with applicable third-party terms and may use the product only as permitted by Apple's usage rules. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms for an Apple-distributed product and may enforce the applicable terms against you.

Google Play and other marketplaces

If you obtained a product through Google Play or another marketplace, these terms are between you and SAIUNES unless the marketplace's terms state otherwise. The marketplace is not responsible for the product or SAIUNES support. Your download, purchase, subscription, cancellation, refund, and use are also subject to the marketplace terms. If these terms conflict with mandatory marketplace terms, the marketplace terms control for your relationship with that marketplace.

Updates

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as SAIUNES products, business practices, marketplace rules, or legal requirements change. The “Last updated” date identifies the latest published version. Material changes will receive additional notice when required. Continued use after revised terms take effect means you accept them, except where law requires another form of consent.
