Information

Information collected

Not every category below is collected by every product. A product may collect no personal information, may keep information only on your device, or may use only the categories needed for its disclosed features.

Information you provide

This may include your name, display name, email address, account credentials, age or date-of-birth range, profile details, support messages, survey responses, preferences, and other information you choose to submit. If a product supports uploads, multiplayer, community, chat, or creative features, it may also process content such as text, images, audio, video, game saves, maps, usernames, and other user-generated content.

Purchases and subscriptions

When you make a purchase, the applicable app marketplace or payment provider processes your payment information. SAIUNES may receive transaction identifiers, product purchased, subscription status, price, currency, country or region, and limited billing or fraud-prevention information. SAIUNES does not receive your full payment-card number from Apple, Google, or a payment provider.

Device, usage, and gameplay information

This may include device type, operating system, app version, language, time zone, IP address, browser type, device or advertising identifiers where permitted, session dates, feature interactions, gameplay progress, achievements, scores, in-game actions, saved settings, crash reports, performance diagnostics, referral information, and security events.

Information from third parties

If you sign in with, connect to, or use a platform service, SAIUNES may receive information authorized by you and the provider, such as a platform account identifier, display name, email address, friends or multiplayer information, entitlements, cloud saves, leaderboard data, or purchase status. The provider controls what it shares and offers settings for managing that access.

Information stored locally

Some apps and games store settings, progress, or files only on your device. Information that stays solely on your device is not collected by SAIUNES. Your device platform, backup provider, or a connected service may process that information under its own privacy policy.

Your device

Device permissions

A product may request access to device features such as notifications, camera, photos or media library, microphone, location, contacts, Bluetooth, local network, motion, or storage only when a feature needs that access. The product will use an in-app explanation or system prompt to describe the purpose at the time of the request.

You can deny or later revoke a permission through your device settings. Some features may not work without the permission they require. SAIUNES will request consent for tracking or other protected access when required by the platform or applicable law.

• Provide, personalize, maintain, and improve products and requested features.
• Create and secure accounts, authenticate sessions, sync progress, and restore purchases.
• Enable gameplay, leaderboards, achievements, multiplayer, community, uploads, streaming, and other connected functions.
• Process purchases, subscriptions, entitlements, refunds, and account changes.
• Send service, security, support, and optional marketing communications.
• Measure product performance, diagnose crashes, test features, and understand usage.
• Detect cheating, fraud, abuse, harmful content, and security threats.
• Comply with law, protect users and services, and enforce applicable agreements.

Depending on where you live and the processing involved, SAIUNES relies on your consent, performance of a contract with you, compliance with legal obligations, or legitimate interests such as providing, securing, and improving the service. You may withdraw consent at any time, but withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing.

Disclosure

Sharing and service providers

Information may be shared with providers that perform necessary functions such as app distribution, cloud hosting, storage, authentication, payments, customer support, email delivery, analytics, advertising, crash reporting, content moderation, media processing, multiplayer, and security. They may use information only for the agreed purpose and must provide protections consistent with this policy and applicable platform requirements.

Information may also be shared when you direct SAIUNES to connect another service, with other players or the public when you use a social or public feature, when required by law or valid legal process, when reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, and service integrity, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or transfer of a product or business.

SAIUNES does not sell personal information for money. Some laws define certain analytics or interest-based advertising disclosures as “selling,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising even when no money changes hands. Where those practices apply, the relevant product will provide the notices and choices required by law.

Measurement

Analytics and advertising

A product may use analytics, attribution, advertising, or crash-reporting tools to understand performance, fund a free experience, limit repeated ads, measure campaigns, or detect fraud. Depending on the product and your choices, these tools may process device identifiers, approximate location derived from IP address, product interactions, ad events, purchase events, and diagnostics.

If a product includes personalized advertising or cross-app tracking, it will request consent where required and provide applicable controls. You may also limit ad tracking or reset advertising identifiers through your Apple, Android, or other device settings. Store privacy labels and in-product notices describe the tools used by each product.

Storage

Retention, transfers, and security

Information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, including providing the product, maintaining an account or purchase record, preserving game progress, meeting legal and tax obligations, resolving disputes, preventing fraud and abuse, and enforcing agreements. Retention varies by product and data type. Data is deleted or anonymized when no longer needed, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law.

Reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards are used to protect information. No device, transmission, or storage system can guarantee absolute security. You should protect your credentials and report suspected unauthorized access.

Control

Your choices, account deletion, and data requests

You can manage many choices through the relevant product, your account, the unsubscribe link in optional emails, and your device or platform privacy settings. Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, portability, restriction, objection, or deletion of personal information, and may appeal a denied request.

Request account and data deletion

If the product offers account deletion in its account settings, you may use that control. You may also email contact@saiunes.com with the subject “Account and Data Deletion.” Identify the app, game, or service and the email address, username, player ID, or account ID associated with it. Do not send a password, payment-card number, or other secret.

SAIUNES may ask you to verify that you control the account. Once verified, the account and associated personal information will be deleted or anonymized, except information that must be retained for security, fraud prevention, legal, tax, dispute, or transaction-record obligations. Deleting an account may permanently remove purchases, progress, content, and access. Removing an app from your device does not by itself delete an online account.

Revoke consent or platform access

You may withdraw optional consent and revoke device permissions through the product or operating-system settings. You may disconnect third-party sign-in and platform access through that provider's settings. Contact SAIUNES if you need help identifying an available control.

Age

Children's privacy

Unless a product's marketplace listing expressly identifies it as intended for children, SAIUNES products are not directed to children under 13 or the higher minimum age required in their country. SAIUNES does not knowingly collect personal information from a child in violation of applicable law.

If a product is designed for children or includes a child-directed experience, it will use age-appropriate notices, limit data practices, and obtain parental consent when required. A parent or guardian who believes a child provided personal information without required consent should contact SAIUNES so the information can be reviewed and deleted.

Location

International use and regional rights

SAIUNES products and providers may process information in countries other than the one where you live. Where required, appropriate safeguards are used for international transfers. Privacy rights vary by location, and SAIUNES will honor rights that apply to you. You may also have the right to contact your local data-protection or consumer authority.

Updates

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated as SAIUNES products, providers, or legal requirements change. The “Last updated” date identifies the latest published version. Material changes will receive additional notice when required by law.
