A 24/7 YouTube live stream can turn a prerecorded MP4 into an always-available channel. YouTube supplies the destination connection; SAIUNES uploads, processes, loops, and sends the video.
Before You Begin
You need a YouTube channel with live streaming enabled, a prerecorded MP4 you own or can legally broadcast, and access to SAIUNES Live Studio.
YouTube controls its own eligibility and activation requirements. Complete those requirements before creating the SAIUNES stream.
Step 1: Create the YouTube Live Destination
Open YouTube Studio and create a live stream using streaming software or an encoder as the source.
Add an accurate title, description, thumbnail, audience setting, visibility, and any scheduling details. For testing, a private or unlisted broadcast can help you review the connection before going public.
Step 2: Copy the YouTube Connection Details
Copy the YouTube stream URL and private stream key. The RTMP stream key works like a credential that allows the incoming feed to reach your broadcast.
Never publish the key. Reset it in YouTube Studio if you believe it has been exposed.
Step 3: Create the Stream in SAIUNES
Open Live Studio and select Create stream. In the Add Stream form:
- Enter a stream name.
- Paste the YouTube RTMP or RTMPS destination URL.
- Paste the YouTube stream key.
- Select the prerecorded MP4.
- Select Create stream.

Step 4: Wait for Video Processing
SAIUNES uploads and processes the selected video. This typically takes about 10 seconds to 1 minute depending on duration and file size, with larger files sometimes taking longer.
Wait until the stream is Ready before trying to broadcast.
Step 5: Start or Schedule the YouTube Stream
Open the Ready stream and select Start stream. Choose Start now for an immediate broadcast or Schedule start for a future local date and time.

Step 6: Check YouTube Live Control Room
Confirm that YouTube receives the feed. Review video playback, audio, stream health, visibility, title, thumbnail, and audience settings.
If YouTube requires a final action to make the broadcast public, complete it only after the preview looks correct.
Improve the Viewer Experience
Use an accurate title and description, a clear thumbnail, and content that remains understandable when someone joins midway. Explain that the source is prerecorded when transparency is important.
If live chat is enabled, use YouTube's moderation tools and check the conversation regularly.
Follow Platform and Copyright Rules
Only broadcast music, images, footage, and other material you own or have permission to use. Continuous YouTube streaming remains subject to YouTube's copyright, community, monetization, and repetitive-content policies.
Keep the Channel Healthy
Monitor destination warnings, viewer experience, and the SAIUNES stream status. An always-on YouTube channel creates more opportunities to watch, but it still benefits from regular review and fresh, useful content.
